Shipping Policy

Orders placed before 10:00 AM CST (Monday–Friday) are shipped on the same business day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM CST are shipped on the next business day.

Weekend Orders

Orders placed after 10:00 AM CST on Friday, as well as orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, will be processed and shipped on the next business day (Monday). Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days for processing or transit timelines.

Shipping Methods and Carrier Information

We currently ship using UPS and FedEx.

Free Shipping on Orders Over $150

Orders totaling $150 or more automatically qualify for free shipping. These orders are shipped via UPS Ground.

Flat Rate Shipping

Flat Rate Shipping is available for customers who do not meet the free shipping threshold. Flat Rate orders are also shipped via UPS Ground and do not arrive any faster than our free shipping option. Choosing Flat Rate Shipping does not speed up delivery. Both Free Shipping and Flat Rate use the same UPS Ground service, and transit times are identical.

Carrier Delivery Schedules

Transit times (including Overnight and 2-Day services) are calculated based on business days. Some locations may receive weekend delivery, but this is determined solely by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed.

Example: If an order is placed on Friday at 2:00 PM CST with an overnight shipping option, it may be fulfilled and dropped off to the carrier on Saturday morning. However, many carriers do not begin processing weekend drop-offs until Monday, meaning the package may not start moving through their network until then. In this scenario, the expected delivery date would be Tuesday, not Saturday or Sunday.

Carrier Delays

While we work hard to fulfill orders quickly, any delays that occur within the carrier network are outside of our control. We handle concerns case by case to help resolve any issues that arise to the best of our ability.

Tracking Updates

Tracking will begin updating once the carrier scans your package into their system. Please allow time for the carrier to register the initial scan after fulfillment.

Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with delivery, tracking, or if your package does not arrive as expected, please contact our support team. We’re always happy to help.

A legal disclaimer

The explanations and information provided on this page are only general and high-level explanations and information on how to write your own document of a Shipping Policy. You should not rely on this article as legal advice or as recommendations regarding what you should actually do, because we cannot know in advance what are the specific shipping policies that you wish to establish between your business and your customers. We recommend that you seek legal advice to help you understand and to assist you in the creation of your own Shipping Policy.

Shipping Policy - the basics

Having said that, a Shipping Policy is a legally binding document that is meant to establish the legal relations between you and your customers. It is the legal framework for presenting your obligations to your customers, but also to address different possible scenarios that may occur, and what happens in each and every case.

A Shipping Policy is a good practice and it helps both sides - you and your customers. Your customers may benefit from being informed about what they can expect from your service. You may benefit because people may be likely to shop with you if you have a clear Shipping Policy in place since there won't be any questions about your shipping timeframes or processes.

What to include in the Shipping Policy

Generally speaking, a Shipping Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for processing orders; the shipping costs; different domestic and international shipping solutions; potential service interruptions; and much, much more.
